Refund Policy

1. General principle

Spent API credit is non-refundable — it is a real cost already paid to the model provider. Unspent credit is refundable within 7 days of your most recent top-up.

2. Digital resources on the Hub

Resources not delivered, or materially different from the listing, are refunded in full. Resources delivered as described are not refundable — buyers should read carefully before purchasing. Disputes go through escrow; if the seller does not respond within 48 hours the platform refunds automatically.

3. How to request

Send a request via the contact page with your account email and order ID. We reply within 2 business days; funds arrive according to your bank or payment gateway's processing time.
